Shanghai Fried Siopao is not your typical siopao made of bread and stuffed with siopao filling. It has cloud-like steamed bread or mantao filled with meat and vegetable filling. Compared with the other siopao served in the market, Shanghai Fried Siopao is lightly fried making the crust of the siopao crunchy.

Shanghai Fried Siopao is delicious even without sauce and has a crunchy texture due to the vegetables inside the former. Shanghai Fried Siopao costs Php 20.00.

Pork Dumplings has thin dumpling wrapper filled with well-seasoned pork and vegetables making the former flavorful, especially when dipped on their signature sauce.

Each dumpling is made and cooked daily to make sure that Dong Bei serves fresh and flavorful dumplings to their customers. Dong Bei Pork Dumplings costs Php 180.00 per servings.

Beef Noodle

Dong Bei Beef Noodle has al dente noodles; tender and well-seasoned beef; and flavorful soup. The former has a mixture of beefy flavor with a  tinge of salty, sour and sweet taste making the soup taste weird but delicious.

HK Milk Tea Cold

Asado/Soy Chicken Rice

Asado/ Soy Chicken Rice is served with rice along with flavorful and tender pork asado and well-seasoned and juicy soy chicken that perfectly blend Waiying’s special sauce.  Asado/Soy Chicken Rice costs Php 220.00.

Roasted Duck/ Asado Pork Fried Rice

Waiying is known for their roasted ducks that are tender and full of flavors. This dish perfectly matches with their pork asado, special sauce, and fried rice. Roasted Duck/ Asado Pork Fried Rice costs Php 220.00

BBQ Spareribs

Sincerity BBQ Spareribs has tender and juicy pork spareribs that perfectly blends with its bbq sauce. BBQ Spareribs costs Php 150.00.

Sincerity Fried Chicken

Sincerity Fried Chicken has crunchy breaded skin with well-seasoned and flavorful meat. Sincerity Fried Chicken costs Php 160.00 for Half Chicken and Php 320.00 for Whole Chicken.

Fried Oyster Cake

Fried Oyster Cake is a combination of egg, rice flour, and oysters. The texture of the former is comparable with fried tikoy coated with egg but with the distinct flavors of an oyster. Fried Oyster Cake costs Php 200.00 for small and Php 250.00 for big servings.

Beef Wanton Lamien

Beef Wanton Lamien has generous toppings with sweet and beefy broth, tender beef and firm noodles and veggies. Each sip of their soup will surely give you a refreshing and satisfied feeling. A bowlful of Beef Wanton Soup costs Php 230.

Steamed Dumpling

LAN Zhou La Mien’s steamed dumpling has well seasoned pork and kutchay filling. You can choose from 7 pieces dumpling (Php 120) and 15 pieces dumpling (Php 280).

Both Beef Wanton Lamien and Steamed Dumpling is good for 2 servings.

Lava Pao

Lava Pao has cloud like steamed mantao filled with salted egg custard. Lava Pao’s mantao is soft and almost half the size of a regular siopao. The filling on the other hand, has salted egg texture and has a combination of sweet, creamy and a tinge of salty flavor. Lava Pao is available in Salted Egg Yolk Custard and Chocolate Buns. Lava Pao costs Php28.

Aside from Lava Pao, EngBee Tin is know for their wide variety of flavored tikoy, hopia and siopao.

New Po-Heng’s Lumpia has thin lumpia wrapper and looks small compared with regular fresh lumpia but once you cut the former, the wrapper will unveil fresh vegetables, hoti and nuts. New Po-Heng Lumpia has a distinct texture due to its filling and it provides refreshing flavor coming from the vegetables and a peanutbuttery after taste. New Po-Heng Lumpia costs Php 70.

Original Mami

Original Mami has firm and chewy noodles. The soup on the otherhand is just like the typical noodle broth but adding asado sauce to the soup will upgrade the taste of the mami due to the mixture of sweet and salty flavor that it added to the broth.

Original Mami has two sizes, regular (Php 150) and special (Php 160).

Beef Wanton

Like Masuki’s Original Mami, Beef Wanton has firm and chewy noodles. Beef Wanton’s broth on the otherhand is meaty and sweeter.

Beef Wanton is available in regular (Php 215) and special (Php 230)

Asado Siopao

Asado Siopao has soft mantao filled with savory pork floss. Masuki’s Siopao goes well with their Original Mami.

Asado Siopao has two sizes, regular (Php 60) and special (Php 95).

Egg Tart

Lord Stow’s Egg Tart are freshly made daily. It is like a muffin with flaky and soft crust; and leche flan like filling that melts in your mouth.

A piece of Egg Tart costs Php 48 while box of 4’s is Php 190, box of 6’s is Php 280 and box of 12’s is Php 550.
