This year, Novotel Manila Araneta Center, celebrated Planet 21 by serving sustainable and healthy seafood dishes and beverages.
Sustainable N Healthy Dishes
Novotel’s Healthy and Sustainable Seafood Dishes uses organic ingredients coming from their farm in El Dorado, San Mateo, Rizal. El Dorado Farm is a 206 hectares land that grows organic vegetables and herbs for Novotel Manila Araneta Center. On the other hand, Novotel partners with Meliomar to make sure that the bounties of the sea that they are using were caught without the use of dynamite fishing and poisoning.
AMUSE-BOUCHE
Amuse-Bouche is made of Sustainable Spanner Crab Tortellini with Novotel Manila’s Eldorado Farm Carrot-Saffron Veloute.
