After a few weeks of basic maintenance, the legendary Café Ilang-Ilang and the landmark Champagne Room at the Manila Hotel will return soon. As the Christmas season came to a close, the hotel elected to cease dining operations in order to assure food quality and guest safety, as well as spot-checks on its facilities.

Café Ilang-Ilang will reopen on January 28, 2022. (Friday). The restaurant has a strong following among both local and foreign visitors since it serves real international dishes as well as a family-friendly eating experience. It’s a daily offering of gourmet pleasures, along with the culinary team’s enthusiasm for creating an extraordinary range of food that is in line with its acknowledged position as one of the top buffet restaurants in the country, continues to lure guests.
Café Ilang-Ilang offers a broad variety of meal options for lunch and supper every day.
